KITS-R-US, a JW Brands company, was founded by James and Wilson. In 2014, James, with over 15 years of experience as a contract manufacturer for cosmetic packaging, met Wilson, an e-commerce entrepreneur. Together, they decided to launch a new product brand.
As their business expanded, James and Wilson found themselves in need of a larger space to accommodate their growing operations. Despite exploring various warehousing partners, they couldn't find a good fit that met their standards. Confused and frustrated by the options available, they made a bold decision in 2017 to acquire and operate their own fulfillment warehouse.
As they continued learning and fine-tuning, naturally word began to spread about their successful practices. Compelled by increasing requests for their fulfillment services, they decided to transform their in-house operations into a dedicated fulfillment warehouse business.
Funny enough, these new opportunities led them back to the cosmetics packaging industry in a full circle moment. Combining their superpowers and years of experience, they established KITS-R-US – a full-service solution provider, offering contract manufacturing for cosmetic packaging and components, kitting and assembly, and additional warehousing services.
